Ben Rahal, the Moroccan carpet store located on Rue de Liberté in the heart of Gueliz in Marrakech has for over 60 years been engaged in the purchase and sale of fine and museum quality carpets and other Moroccan textiles to individuals, collectors and museums. Ben Rahal has an inventory of thousands of carpets, specializing in tribal and Berber rugs from all regions of Morocco including the High and Middle Atlas. These rugs are mostly vintage 20th century and older, all handwoven with traditional techniques and include flat-weave kilims and knotted pile examples in vivid patterns as well as more subdued monochromatic tones.
